At Edmundscocktails, we strive for perfection in every pour; however, due to the perishable nature of our artisanal bottled cocktails, we can only accept returns on items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a resolution for any order issues.
Contact Support
Email our dedicated customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you need to return or exchange your cocktail selection.
Provide Evidence
Attach clear photographs of the damaged packaging or incorrect bottles so our quality control team can verify the issue and expedite your claim.
Await Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if a physical return is required.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After processing your request, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement of your favorite cocktails or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
